Job Title: Web Application Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented
Web Application Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ICT environments, possess strong development skills, and stay current with digital and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure web applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications across platforms and devices.
- Maintain code quality and participate in code reviews.
- Analyze business needs and align web solutions with organizational goals.
- Embrace Agile delivery practices and continuously improve processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in a related business or technical discipline (preferred)
- Professional certification in a relevant technical
- Agile-related certifications are preferred (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM)
Experience
- 3+ years in ICT within a large organization
- Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on web development experience
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.)
- Understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices
- Awareness of current and emerging digital trends
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Skilled in business and process analysis
- Familiar with mapping requirements to industry and competitor trends
