Job Title: Chatbot and ChatGPT Engineer

Design, develop, and support advanced digital solutions using Chatbot frameworks, NLP models, and ChatGPT technologies.
Implement Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies to drive business automation and digital interaction enhancements.
Deliver professional support services aligned with AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information and Communications Technology within a large organization.
Minimum 1+ year of relevant working experience specifically in chatbot development, conversational AI, or ChatGPT implementation.
Strong knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.
Professionally certified in a technical area relevant to AI, Chatbots, or software development.
Solid understanding of digital trends, AI conversational models, and emerging communication technologies.
Preferred Certifications: Agile Delivery (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization (required).
Master’s degree in a related business or technical field (preferred).

Language Skills

Excellent command of written, spoken, and read English (required).
Arabic – Native (desirable).
