Are you passionate about leading world-class industrial engineering initiatives in a large-scale garment manufacturing organization?
We are looking for an experienced leader with deep expertise in industrial engineering, process optimization, and factory operations in collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Digitalization Transformation and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will excel in driving overall team performance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Core Focus Areas:
✔️Drive Team Members to Measure & Monitor Value-Added Processes:
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
✔️Facilitate Cross-Functional Discussions & Activities:
- Collaborate with concerned stakeholders
✔️Drive New IE Projects:
- Manage new projects as per management requirements and ensure proper handover after implementation.
✔️Ensure Accurate Costing, Thread Consumption and R&D:
- Address costing on time with accuracy and ensure thread consumptions are done accurately and on time.
✔️Optimize Manufacturing Facilities:
- Ensure all facilities follow standard ladder efficiency to achieve peak productivity and ensure optimal utilization of automations.
✔️Support Digitalization Team:
- Facilitate implementation and adaptation of digitalization initiatives in all sites.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor of Engineering in Textile/Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification
✅ Lean & Six Sigma and GSD Certification preferred
✅ At least 18 years of experience with multi-product and process exposure
✅ Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills
✅ Proficiency in digital and IT skills
✅ Excellent communication, intra-personal, and conflict management skills
✅ Ability to manage time effectively and think critically
✅ Linguistic ability in English, Hindi/Bengali, and Arabic (added advantage)
