Company Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Irbid. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs, training sessions, workshops, and meetings. They will also develop training materials, assess training needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, the Trainer will support new employee onboarding and ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Experience with designing and delivering training sessions, educational programs, workshops, and meetings
- Skills in developing training materials, curriculum planning, and instructional design
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with new employee onboarding is beneficial
- Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
