We are looking for an Operations Executive at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd Co. to support and enhance our garment manufacturing operations. This role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in garment production
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of production
- Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive process improvements
- Resolve production issues and ensure production targets are met
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective production
💡 What You Bring
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in garment production and operations management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and monitoring abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel technology, or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years in operations or a related role
