Cloud Computing Engineer
Job Type: Certified Professional Services (CP)
Role Objective
To support and manage cloud infrastructure, including performance monitoring, data center operations, and cloud service provider integration (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for cloud infrastructure and computing environments.
- Monitor system performance and manage data center operations.
- Configure and support cloud services across providers like AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
- Implement and maintain cloud security, cost management, and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions.
- Apply cloud automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) techniques for improved operations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT or engineering field (required).
- Master’s degree in a related business or technical discipline (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in ICT in a large organization.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure roles.
Certifications
- Required: Professional certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud).
- Preferred: Agile Delivery certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP, PSM).
Languages
- English: Excellent (written, spoken, read).
- Arabic: Native (preferred but not required).
