About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Cost Controller to join our client's dynamic team and support effective project and operational cost management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control project and operational costs.
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy.
- Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive cost records and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Assist in budget preparation and project financial planning.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification such as CCP (Certified Cost Professional) is a plus
