About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shared Services Specialist to join our HR Department. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and transactional HR support within a centralized shared services model. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to providing outstanding employee service across a wide range of HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR support or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, tax, social security and labor law, investigation procedures, and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Having a car is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in FMCG industry
- HR certification
- knowledge in SAP success factors system
