Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
