About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Center Representative to join our team. This dual-role position blends front-line retail sales with reception and technical service support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the ability to manage service processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to walk-in customers and clients.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts.
- Maintain attractive, well-organized product displays; update stock levels regularly.
- Gather and share customer feedback and insights on market trends.
Service Center Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the service center, receive their devices, document reported issues, and verify that devices are free from physical damage or breakage.
- Assist in preparing the daily schedule for the technical team handling trade client devices.
- Update service logs daily with repair progress, delays, or customer-related changes.
- Follow up on repair status and communicate updates to customers.
- Collect payments for completed repairs, issue receipts/invoices, and submit daily revenue reports.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to reception activities and performance levels, as requested by the Center Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in business or marketing is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage customer expectations efficiently.
