What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with international fulfillment partners to make sure orders are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm orders and provide updates.
- Handle customer inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- You’re fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You’re adaptable, proactive, and a fast learner—ready to jump in where needed.
- You pay attention to details and enjoy finding solutions.
