What you’ll do:
- Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.
- Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.
- Monitor students’ learning progress, analyse learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.
- Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
- Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.
- Able to work effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales targets, with the motivation to pursue high performance and commission.
