About the Role:Al Rowad for Publishing and Distribution is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our digital content strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, and creating meaningful engagement with educators, institutions, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
- Content Planning & Creation:
- Create engaging, original, and on-brand content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality content production.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and manage online communities by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly. Cultivate a strong and active digital community across all platforms.
- Campaign Development:
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches with targeted social media promotions. Plan content calendars around events, campaigns, and important dates.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversion rates, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Propose new ideas to increase online visibility and audience growth.
- Collaboration & Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with the company’s goals and activities.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing or digital content management.
- Proven expertise in managing social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and audiences.
- Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal communication skills are essential).
- A passion for education and knowledge of the educational sector is an added advantage.
