Duties and Responsibilities:
● Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively and get the most out of our services.
● Client Support & Troubleshooting: Address inquiries, technical issues, and service requests promptly, providing solutions in a professional and clear manner.
● Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied and have all the resources they need. Identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals and ensure their experience is optimized.
● Product Education: Educate clients on new features, products, and updates to ensure they are utilizing the platform to its fullest potential. Provide resources, guides, and training as needed.
● Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and working to exceed their expectations.
● Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on products and services, ensuring insights are communicated to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
● Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, address, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout the process.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech) to ensure clients' needs are met and any product or service challenges are addressed.
● Customer Retention: Ensure that clients remain satisfied with client offerings, working to prevent churn and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
● Product Testing & Feedback: Assist in testing new product features, collecting feedback from clients, and ensuring new products meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Previous experience in customer success, client support, or a similar role, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or crypto industries.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.
● A customer-first mindset, with a focus on providing proactive support and delivering a positive customer experience.
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
● Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
