Job Summary:
We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR officer (Generalist) to join our team at FoneFLuent.
The officer will support day-to-day operations of the HR department.
With 1-2 years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
· Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves and time off requests.
· Handle employee queries and provide timely support in HR-related matters.
· Prepare HR documents.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
· Handle the Employees Medical insurance file.
· Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: High fluency in English is essential, the role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in all HR functions and to foster a positive work environment.
