About the Role
Our client, a well-established organization with a strong corporate culture, is currently seeking a highly motivated and capable PMO Officer / Senior Officer to join their Strategy Department. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in Project Management Offices within corporate environments, and who bring a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy implementation plans and balanced scorecards; define and monitor strategic KPIs.
- Support leadership in cascading departmental objectives and setting SMART KPIs.
- Conduct research on new business development opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Analyze internal capabilities to evaluate compatibility with growth initiatives.
- Review and enhance project management tools, templates, and processes.
- Define project-specific success factors and KPIs in coordination with project leads.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing project performance; provide actionable insights.
- Maintain comprehensive project portfolio logs and reports from initiation to completion.
- Ensure mitigation actions for project risks are implemented in a timely manner.
- Explore new technologies and initiatives that could complement or expand existing business lines.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a corporate PMO or strategy role is essential.
- Strong foundation in business analysis, project monitoring, and KPI development.
- Excellent understanding of corporate structures and strategy execution processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
