A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, events, and other services
- Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection
- Reconciling payments received and investigating any discrepancies or payment issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable activity and supporting month end closing procedures
