Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor at Tala Bay. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies to support the company's goals and values.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
