Job Overview

The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in aligning financial strategies with business objectives, working closely with department heads and stakeholders to enhance financial decision-making and optimize performance. With 4–8 years of experience, this role acts as a liaison between finance and operations, ensuring financial planning, analysis, and reporting support business goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Financial Analysis & Reporting

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights that support strategic decisions.
Prepare, maintain, and present financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

✅ Business Partnership & Advisory

Develop strong relationships with key business units to understand challenges and opportunities.
Offer financial expertise and guidance to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Translate financial data into actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

✅ Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead budget planning and forecasting efforts in collaboration with various teams.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, identifying risks and opportunities.
Utilize financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

✅ Cost Control & Efficiency

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Work closely with operational teams to optimize cost structures and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree, CPA, or CMA is a plus).
4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle and analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
