Job Description
Customer/Pricing/Rebate Master Data Management – Direct Business
- Manage commercial terms approval process in line with the related policies and Delegation of Authority.
- Ensure accurate Customer Master Data and Commercial Terms are setup in SAP following the approval process.
- Prepare/update documentation to reflect the commercial conditions maintained in SAP. Maintain and set-up rebate agreement to ensure automated accrual posting.
- Review of exceptions to the commercial terms, in-season pricing modification and special offers.
Contract Management (CM)-Direct Business
- Support contract execution by preparing commercial contract and liaise with CHBS as needed.
- Ensure high quality of commercial contracting documents (e.g. distribution agreement, agency agreement, sales contracts, marketing agreement, pricelists and rebate agreements).
- Maintain the contract database and ensure that expiring contracts are renewed.
- Support CHBS team in projects within the scope and tasks that can be defined during the project progress.
- Support CHBS team with raising Pos and payments as needed/ upon request.
Qualifications
- Comfortable using diverse IT software and tools, independently learning and troubleshooting.
- Experience with working in SAP is an advantage.
- Team player with ability to work in a multicultural cross-matrix environment.
- Supportive, precise and responsive, even under the pressure.
- Able to communicate and maintain good relations with people from very different cultural backgrounds.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking, able to link different processes and systems.
- Experience in Help Desk, Customer Service or a Back-office function such as: Operations, Finance, Sales, or Marketing.
- Comparable experience in agribusiness, IT or another industry in working with emerging markets.
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Understanding of corporate processes, policies and ways of working.
- Very good spoken and written English; Arabic and/or French.
