Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Officer to oversee and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across a variety of client accounts. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multiple digital campaigns, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, analytics, and client reporting. You will be the lead for your assigned accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver measurable success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Strategy Management
· Manage and lead digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts.
· Act as the primary digital marketing contact for assigned clients, offering strategic guidance and updates.
· Develop tailored digital marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
· Work with creative, strategic, and tech teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.
Campaign Execution
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
· Oversee SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, etc.
· Manage email marketing campaigns and A/B testing strategies.
· Support influencer marketing campaigns and content partnerships when applicable.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics Tools, and platform dashboards.
· Provide detailed monthly reports and strategic insights.
· Use data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve ROI.
Leadership & Coordination
· Guide and mentor junior digital marketers and interns as needed.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery.
· Lead weekly or bi-weekly meetings, providing strategic updates and performance analysis.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent value delivery.
· Present marketing strategies, performance reviews, and new opportunities with clarity and confidence.
· Understand client business models, pain points, and success metrics to drive customized solutions.
Requirements
· 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
· Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and cross-platform campaigns.
· Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, SEO, social media advertising, and conversion optimization.
· Experience managing budgets and media buying.
· Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush/Ahrefs, Data Studio, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and CRM platforms.
· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
· Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
