Job Brief:
As a Market Intelligence Associate, you will play a key role in Jeeny's quantitative and qualitative research. Your responsibilities include assisting in research design, survey design, moderating focus groups, data clean up, data entry, and analysis. This role requires a curious individual with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Develop and design surveys to gather meaningful customer and market insights
- Moderate focus groups and facilitate discussions to extract valuable qualitative data
- Clean, enter, and organize data for analysis
- Analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, etc) to understand research needs and deliver relevant results
- Collaborate with third-party research firms for necessary data collection
- Prepare and present reports and findings in a clear, concise manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research methodologies
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or related fields
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages
- Proficiency in data analytics such as Excel, SQL and survey tools (e.g.: SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making
- High attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work and strong problem-solving.
