What You’ll Do:
As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial performance, business insights, and strategic planning are aligned with company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Analysis & Planning: Act as a catalyst to support internal gathering, tracking, and updating business forecasts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track financial KPIs, identify cost optimization & revenue growth opportunities.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.
- Cost & Budget Management: Drive cost efficiency and monitor budget execution.
- Project & Change Management: Lead finance-related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
🔹 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
🔹 3-5 years of managerial experience in Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain.
🔹 Strong critical thinking and situation analysis skills, combined with solid financial acumen.
🔹 The ability to analyze and manage business data effectively.
🔹 A high level of curiosity, with a proactive approach to analyzing, learning, and initiating actions that drive
business improvements.
🔹 Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
