Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist employees with hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, networks, and company applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical support when necessary.
- Provide guidance to users on IT best practices and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Support remote users with technical issues and system access.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in an IT support/help desk role (internships or university projects are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, troubleshooting connectivity issues).
