As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly experienced HR Expert to join our team and support our growth.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
- Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
