Job Summary:
The Receptionist at Picasso School of Art serves as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication within the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and administrative support tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
