We’re Hiring: Operations Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Main Office – Khalda, Amman Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Schedule: Saturday to Thursday Friday: Weekly Day Off

About the Role: Me-Delivery is looking for a dedicated and organized-lead acuqisition Operations Assistant to support daily captain operations, provide technical assistance, and ensure smooth communication between captains and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily captain leads and provide the required information about delivery applications • Monitor and review captains’ daily performance while providing technical support and guidance • Respond to captain inquiries through CRM systems and official communication channels • Handle incoming calls through the unified operator line • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve captain-related issues • Manage company custody and related documentation • Archive captains’ contracts according to company standards • Follow up weekly with inactive captains and provide the necessary support • Monitor new captains to ensure compliance with application regulations and instructions • Utilize internal KPI systems and prepare weekly performance reports for management

Qualifications: • bachelor’s degree in management or any related field • 1–2 years of experience in the operations field • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel • Very good command of the English language • Good knowledge of official email correspondence

Benefits: • Basic Salary: 350 JOD • Social Security coverage • Overtime calculated according to Jordanian Labor Law
