Role Description
1.Promptly answer the questions of riders and other stakeholders
2.Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
3.Prepare and file forms and other documents
4.Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding processes
5.Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
6.Update CRM system and operational forms
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills to support scheduling, coordination, and workflow optimization.
- Solid analytical skills to review data, track performance, and identify operational issues or trends.
- Effective communication skills for clear coordination with drivers, colleagues, and partner platforms.
- Customer service skills to help address inquiries, support issue resolution, and uphold service quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and operational software; experience in logistics or delivery services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in attending shifts on-site in Amman.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics and Supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
