About the Role
Jordan Limousines Services (JO Limo) is looking for a Branch Manager to join our Operations team. The role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, coordinating driver and vehicle dispatching, managing bookings and last-minute requests, and ensuring drivers and vehicles are always ready to deliver services efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles according to scheduled bookings.
- Monitor daily bookings and handle last-minute requests and schedule changes.
- Ensure drivers are punctual, available, and properly assigned.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and in good operating condition before dispatch.
- Monitor driver attendance, vehicle availability, and operational performance.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacement vehicles when needed.
- Handle operational issues, delays, and service-related complaints.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and last-minute requests.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
