We are expanding our team and looking for a qualified Production Manager to join us and contribute to achieving our company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise production operations in accordance with approved production plans and schedules.
- Distribute production orders among production sections and coordinate with the Planning Department.
- Supervise production teams and monitor daily performance and productivity.
- Review daily production reports, identify operational challenges, and ensure effective problem-solving.
- Optimize the use of available resources, equipment, materials, and production capacity.
- Monitor material availability on production lines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise the inspection of finished and semi-finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and the 5S system to improve efficiency and workplace organization.
- Prepare daily production reports and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
- Manage and evaluate production personnel while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in production and manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and take responsibility.
- Strong commitment to discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
