About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect for one of our clients in Amman, Jordan.
The ideal candidate should have 5 years+ of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and a solid understanding of architectural and interior design detailing.
This role requires a hands-on professional capable of developing architectural BIM models from scratch and managing the modeling process throughout all project stages, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural BIM models from scratch using Autodesk Revit.
- Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed documentation.
- Develop and coordinate interior architectural details within BIM models.
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with other engineering disciplines.
- Support project development from initial modeling through final deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Solid knowledge of architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
- Strong understanding of interior design details and architectural finishes.
- Ability to independently develop BIM models from scratch.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
