Kasselsoft is leading a full end-to-end ERP implementation for a coffee and beverage brand in Saudi Arabia, covering multiple retail branches plus the client's production and roasting operations. We're looking for a functional ERP specialist to join our team in Amman and lead this implementation from design through go-live and beyond. ERPNext experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with solid Odoo implementation experience are also welcome to apply.

Project: Multiple branches in Saudi Arabia (with travel to KSA as needed)

Your Role
- Own the full implementation cycle and act as the main functional lead
- Lead requirements workshops with the client and design business processes in the system
- Translate client needs into clear specifications for the development team
- Plan and manage the phased rollout across all branches
Project Scope
1. Accounting
- Chart of accounts setup aligned with Saudi requirements (IFRS/SOCPA)
- Multi-branch cost centers and branch-level P&L reporting
- Saudi VAT (15%) configuration and tax templates
- ZATCA (FATOORA) e-invoicing compliance, Phase 2
- Zakat-related reporting support
- Banks, payments, petty cash, and month-end closing workflows
2. Inventory & Warehousing
- Central warehouse and branch-level warehouses
- Stock transfers, material requests, and replenishment between HQ and branches
- Batch and expiry tracking for perishable items (milk, syrups, beans, etc.)
- Stock reconciliation, wastage tracking, and reorder levels
3. Point of Sale (POS)
- POS rollout across all branches with offline capability
- ZATCA-compliant simplified tax invoices with QR codes
- Item variants and add-ons (sizes, milk types, extra shots, etc.)
- Shift opening/closing, cash management, and multiple payment methods (mada, cards, cash)
- Loyalty programs, discounts, and promotions
- POS hardware setup (receipt printers, barcode scanners)
4. Manufacturing / Production
- Bill of Materials (BOM) and recipes for beverages and products
- Coffee roasting and production planning
- Automatic raw-material consumption per item sold
- Production costing and yield/loss tracking
5. Rollout & Support
- Data migration (items, customers, suppliers, opening balances)
- Phased rollout plan (pilot branches, then full deployment)
- User roles and permissions (HQ, branch managers, cashiers, production)
- Client staff training (Arabic) and user documentation
- Ongoing support and process improvements after go-live
Requirements
- Based in Amman, Jordan
- 2+ years of ERP experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation delivered
- Proven experience implementing ERPNext (preferred) or Odoo
- Hands-on experience with multi-branch POS and retail/F&B operations
- Strong functional knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules
- Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing setup and compliance
- Accounting background is a strong plus
- Experience leading implementation teams and managing client expectations
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Arabic and English proficiency
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia when required
Nice to Have
- Previous Saudi or GCC F&B / coffee chain implementations
- Experience migrating from Odoo to ERPNext
- Experience with integrations (delivery apps like HungerStation/Jahez, payment gateways, HR/payroll)
