Iratec Engineering Limited (Free Zones) is looking for an experienced and highly organized Logistics Officer to join our team in Jordan.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in international commercial shipping, logistics coordination, and shipping documentation, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Requirements- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics and international shipping.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent Arabic language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good command of English, with an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or willingness to complete the company’s English language assessment.
- Proven experience in international commercial shipping and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and correcting shipping and customs documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ASYCUDA World is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to respond to urgent operational matters outside regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate international shipments from origin to final destination.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure proper documentation of all shipments.
- Support the company in ensuring smooth and efficient international logistics operations.
