We’re Hiring: E-commerce Sales & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support our online sales operations, coordinate order deliveries, manage product information on our website, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online orders from receipt through fulfillment.
- Verify order details, product availability, and customer information before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery and courier companies to arrange shipments and ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Track deliveries and follow up on delayed, unsuccessful, or returned shipments.
- Communicate with customers when necessary, regarding order confirmation, delivery status, product availability, or other order-related inquiries.
- Create, edit, and maintain product content for the website, including product names, descriptions, specifications, features, sizes, colors, and other required information.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, cancellations, and other after-sales requirements.
- Monitor online orders and identify any operational issues that may affect fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, returns, and related activities.
- Prepare basic reports related to online sales, order status, delivery performance, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with websites, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
- Good writing skills, particularly for product descriptions and website content.
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, order processing, customer service, or logistics is an advantage.
