We’re Hiring: E-commerce Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support our online sales operations, coordinate order deliveries, manage product information on our website, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process online orders from receipt through fulfillment.
Verify order details, product availability, and customer information before dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery and courier companies to arrange shipments and ensure orders are delivered on time.
Track deliveries and follow up on delayed, unsuccessful, or returned shipments.
Communicate with customers when necessary, regarding order confirmation, delivery status, product availability, or other order-related inquiries.
Create, edit, and maintain product content for the website, including product names, descriptions, specifications, features, sizes, colors, and other required information.
Assist with returns, exchanges, cancellations, and other after-sales requirements.
Monitor online orders and identify any operational issues that may affect fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, returns, and related activities.
Prepare basic reports related to online sales, order status, delivery performance, and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good computer skills and ability to work with websites, spreadsheets, and online systems.
Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
Good writing skills, particularly for product descriptions and website content.
Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, order processing, customer service, or logistics is an advantage.
