We’re Hiring Sales & Marketing Specialist
El Massri Group is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait for opportunities but knows how to find them, build relationships, and turn leads into business.
What you’ll be doing:
• Identify and approach potential clients and new business opportunities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and potential projects
• Support marketing campaigns and strengthen our digital presence
• Research new markets, projects, tenders, and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with management to achieve sales and growth targets
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching new clients
• Good understanding of sales and digital marketing
• Active and comfortable using LinkedIn for business development
• Self-motivated, organized, and target oriented
• Arabic and English communication skills
• Experience in interior design, construction, engineering, real estate, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
