Dead Sea Spa Resort is seeking two ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Managers (1 Female and 1 Male) to join our team and contribute to the resort's continued business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations.
- Negotiate and convert sales opportunities into confirmed business.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to travel and meet business requirements.
WORK LOCATION & TRAVEL
Based at our Amman Head Office, with regular field sales activities, business travel as required, and one mandatory overnight stay per week at Dead Sea Spa Resort. Additional resort visits or overnight stays may occasionally be required.
