Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Amman. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote Analytical laboratory equipment and solutions to scientific and industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales follow-up, while maintaining detailed records of sales activities and market feedback. The Sales Specialist will also provide basic training to customers on products, participate in local marketing initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of Sales experience in analytical and laboratory instruments, with strong communication skills to present solutions clearly, build relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle issues professionally, and support customers throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets in a technical or B2B environment.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide customers on product use, support product adoption, and contribute to planning and monitoring sales activities.
- Relevant experience in scientific, laboratory, or technical product sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to travel locally as required.
