We are looking for a
Vice President of Operations to join our executive leadership team! As our company rapidly scales, we need an operational visionary who can bridge high-level corporate strategy with seamless day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do
- Drive Scale & Efficiency: Build scalable, repeatable processes and integrate operational tech solutions to power our expansion.
- Lead & Empower Teams: Mentor multi-functional operations teams and align them to hit ambitious OKRs and performance milestones.
- Optimize Financials: Identify operational bottlenecks, oversee budget targets, cut unnecessary costs, and maximize gross margins.
- Manage Risk & Quality: Maintain quality control standards, mitigate risks, and enforce compliance across all service and product lines.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. (MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a strong plus!)
- Proven Track Record: Experience scaling operations and managing multi-functional teams and budget targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong expertise in P&L alignment, process optimization, risk management, and operational frameworks.
