We are looking for a Product Operations & Quality Coordinator to support the development, launch, execution, and ongoing optimization of products across the business.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between branches, production, R&D, and different teams to make sure products are executed properly from development through day-to-day operation.
The role will work closely with R&D, Operations, Procurement, B2B, Production, and branch teams, with regular branch visits being a core part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development timelines, trials, testing, and launches with R&D and relevant teams.
- Own project follow-up and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate product quality, consistency, presentation, portioning, packaging, and operational execution.
- Identify issues during and after launches, determine what needs improvement, and follow through until corrective actions are completed.
- Monitor product performance in operation and collect feedback from branches and teams.
- Coordinate product costing, yields, portions, waste, and operational efficiency.
- Support the optimization of recipes, workflows, preparation methods, holding procedures, and branch execution.
- Coordinate product launches end-to-end, including packaging, materials, training requirements, branch placement, stock readiness, and operational setup.
- Coordinate packaging development, testing, and implementation.
- Support B2B projects and product requirements.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, product specifications, launch checklists, costing files, and operational documentation.
- Conduct quality-control checks and ensure products continue to meet standards after launch.
- Act as the link between Product, R&D, Operations, Production, Procurement, and branches to ensure issues are communicated and resolved quickly.
- Support multiple product and operational projects simultaneously and proactively flag delays, risks, or problems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations, product operations, quality control, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional follow-up.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.
- Comfortable working hands-on in branches, kitchens, and production environments.
- Confident communicating feedback and following up with different teams until issues are resolved.
- Good understanding of food costing, yields, waste management, and operational processes.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for constant direction.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required, as regular travel between branches and operational locations is part of the role.
- Experience in a multi-branch F&B environment is strongly preferred.
