We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager
As part of the opening of Bonbird’s new branch at The Boulevard, Amman, Jordan, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant’s overall operations, team performance, customer experience, financial results, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with opening, operating, and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
- Achieve sales targets and manage food costs, labor costs, waste, and operating expenses.
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant management team.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address escalated complaints.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of restaurant or QSR experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, cost control, inventory management, and restaurant KPIs.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
