We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, strong customer service capabilities, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Follow up with customers and provide accurate information regarding their requests.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.
* Provide customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, ticketing systems, and WhatsApp.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are resolved in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and follow-ups.
* Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professional service standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle customers professionally and manage complaints effectively.
* Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
