Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting and updating corporate standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support compliance monitoring by tracking updates from aviation authorities and industry bodies (e.g. IATA, CARC, EASA, FAA).
- Maintain and update internal manuals, procedures, and authorization records across departments.
- Track employee authorizations and approvals and flag upcoming expiries or missing documentation.
- Support the preparation and processing of authorization requests for approved job functions.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems related to authorizations and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on required documentation and approvals.
- Prepare basic reports and status summaries related to standards and authorizations.
- Provide administrative support to audits, inspections, and internal reviews when required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good documentation and process management capabilities.
- Basic understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (IATA, CARC, EASA, FAA, IOSA, ISAGO).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Knowledge in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BIT or any related field
