We’re Hiring – Content Creator & Strategist
BSM House is looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator & Strategist to join our team in Zarqa.
We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into content that captures attention, keeps people watching, and drives reach and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms
• Write strong hooks, scripts, captions, and short-form video concepts
• Build content plans and storyboards
• Collaborate with the production team on Reels and video content
• Follow trends and adapt them to different brands
• Participate in brainstorming and campaign development
• Analyze content performance and improve future content based on results
• Create content for different industries and target audiences
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or social media
• Strong understanding of Buyer Personas and audience behavior
• Good understanding of Virality, Shareability, and Content Distribution
• Strong knowledge of Hooks, Retention, Watch Time, Engagement, and Shareability
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Excellent understanding of Reels, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Ability to understand why content performs well or fails
• Ability to consistently generate fresh and creative ideas
• Ability to work with multiple brands and different tones of voice
• Portfolio of previous work is required
