The Role
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a pivotal role designed to drive the strategic growth of company. The successful candidate will lead the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, leverage data-driven market intelligence, and uphold rigorous brand standards. Functioning as a strategic interface, this role ensures seamless alignment between our industrial production capabilities and evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the planning and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate volume growth while rigorously safeguarding the brand’s premium integrity.
· Oversee a cohesive multi-channel content strategy, encompassing digital advertising, social media, and specialized B2B trade communications.
· Conduct continuous market surveillance within the dairy and FMCG sectors to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing benchmarks, and shelf-space optimization opportunities.
· Analyze and report on campaign KPIs, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to maximize the efficiency of marketing expenditures.
· Facilitate cross-functional synergy by partnering with Production and Sales teams to align all promotional activities with factory capacity and inventory levels.
· Orchestrate brand activation events, including factory-related initiatives, product tastings, and industry sponsorships to solidify market presence.
· Serve as the definitive liaison for external creative agencies, media partners, and printing vendors, with a specific focus on packaging and labeling compliance.
· Govern project lifecycles and budgets, ensuring all marketing activations are delivered with precision, on schedule, and within the approved financial framework.
· Curate and maintain critical infrastructure, including marketing databases, stakeholder mailing lists, and a comprehensive inventory of sales enablement materials.
· Provide high-level administrative oversight, including the organization of market research data, executive report formatting, and the streamlining of departmental communications.
Professional Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4–5 years of progressive marketing experience, specifically within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industries.
· Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, with functional knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
· Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail, specifically regarding food packaging and regulatory labeling compliance.
· Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects within a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
