Function: Business Analysis / Strategy / Transformation
The Business Analyst will support business performance, process improvement and transformation initiatives by analyzing operational and business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into practical solutions.
The role will work across Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, IT and other functions to improve decision-making, efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Map current-state and future-state processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases and analytical reports.
- Analyze operational, financial and commercial data.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Support transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for technology teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process reviews.
- Monitor project benefits and implementation outcomes.
- Support development of SOPs, workflows and process documentation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Experience in logistics, ports, transportation, infrastructure or operational environments is preferred.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
- Experience with BI tools, ERP systems or process-mapping tools is an advantage.
