We are looking for an accomplished Sr. Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials while ensuring successful project delivery and business transformation.
⭐Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses
🔹 Conduct business requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.
🔹 Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution documentation.
🔹 Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production hypercare.
🔹 Provide functional support during financial closing cycles and ensure system optimization.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
🔹 Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
⭐Required Qualifications:
✔ 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
✔ Proven experience delivering at least three full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations.
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
✔ Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes, including:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Oracle Cloud Financials Certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
⭐ Exposure to Oracle Procurement Cloud.
⭐ Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
⭐ Previous experience within a consulting or system integration environment.
