💼 IT Governance / IT Cost Management / IT Strategy Specialist

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
💰 IT Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain the annual IT budget (Capex/Opex) across all IT functions.
- Perform monthly budget vs. actual tracking, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Maintain IT cost baselines, TCO models, and cost allocation/chargeback by business unit.
- Identify and track cost optimization initiatives and report realized savings.
- Build and maintain budget trackers, dashboards, and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track PRs, POs, invoices, commitments, and spend within Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Support business case development and ROI/NPV analysis for IT investments.
🤝 Procurement & Vendor Support
- Support RFP/RFQ preparation and commercial evaluations.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets.
- Track IT contracts, renewals, SLAs, and software/license subscriptions.
- Coordinate with Vendors, Finance, and Procurement regarding PO creation, GRN, and invoice settlement.
📊 Governance, Strategy & Reporting
- Maintain IT governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and control evidence.
- Track IT strategy roadmap execution and KPIs.
- Prepare executive presentations and management reports.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and benchmarking for IT management.
✅ Requirements
- ✔️ 3–7+ years of experience in IT budgeting, cost management, and financial tracking.
- ✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Complex Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards).
- ✔️ Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials / Procurement) or equivalent Oracle ERP.
- ✔️ Strong understanding of Capex vs. Opex, Accruals, GL, and Cost Center structures.
- ✔️ Experience preparing executive-level reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- ✔️ Familiarity with COBIT / ITIL and IT procurement processes.
- ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ✔️ High attention to detail.
- ✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ✔️ Available to work onsite.
