We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements,
and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (BRD / SRS / User Stories).
- Map As-Is / To-Be processes and drive process improvements.
- Produce process flows, workflow diagrams, and control points.
- Bridge stakeholders with implementation/development/QA teams to ensure accurate delivery.
- Support UAT, change management, and requirements traceability.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress updates, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience as a BA in ERP / enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent Arabic & English communication and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Assets, or Projects.
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, Visio/Draw.io.
- Basic reporting / SQL knowledge is a plus.
