Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled React Developer to craft the interfaces that power our trading platform. In this role, you’ll turn designs into responsive, accessible UI, own front-end performance, and collaborate with backend engineers on clean API contracts. You’ll help shape a product experience that brokers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Implement new product features from Figma designs with pixel-perfect fidelity.
- Performance: Own front-end performance, bundle size, and rendering optimization.
- Accessibility: Ensure interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and are fully keyboard operable.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to define and consume clean API contracts.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold component architecture standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and share front-end best practices across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years building production React applications with TypeScript.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of component design and state management patterns.
- Styling: Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or a similar utility-first system.
- Accessibility: Strong grasp of semantic HTML and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
- Tooling: Comfortable with modern build tooling (Vite, ESLint, Prettier).
- Collaboration: Clear communicator who works well with design and product partners.
Bonus Points
- Experience with animation libraries like Framer Motion.
- Familiarity with charting libraries used in trading dashboards.
